A 16-years-old boy with Hodgkin’s disease and localised amyloidosis in tumoral mass who developed transient blindness after intravenous vincristine therapy was reported. Blindness appeared after the second dose of vincristine. Two days later, his vision started to improve gradually and was found to be normal on the fifth day. Although the neurotoxic effects of vincristine sulfate are common and well-known, optic neuropathy is not very common. Diagnosis, predisposing factors and management of vincristine neuropathy were discussed.
