| Summary |
A 25-year-old female diagnosed as having chronic myelogenous leukemia and treated with busulfan, developed masses in the neck 13 months after the diagnosis of chronic myelogenous leukemia. Wright stained lymph node imprints showed myeloblastic transformation while her bone marrow was in chronic phase. |
